Green Lifestyle: A Tie between Green Human Resource Management Practices and Green Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Increasingly negative business processes and climate change have prompted businesses to incorporate green lifestyle practices into their working systems as a promising first step. This study investigates the impact of human resource management on organizational citizenship behavior, with acting mediator innovation shared value moderators. The data were collected from 347 hotel industry employees in China, partial least squares structural equation modeling PLS-SEM technique was applied verify hypothesis relationships. results show that HRM positively significantly behavior. Meanwhile, findings indicate mediates relationship between Furthermore, moderates moderating effect is insignificant lifestyles. Finally, this article discusses managerial implications future insights. useful for HR managers make best possible strategic decisions formulate strategies accordingly. provides insights other practitioners academics better understand concept lifestyles order improve behavior organizations.
